Methamphetamine Testing

D4D instant result test for Methamphetamine, Cannabis, PCP, Heroin, LSD, Opium, Morphine, Methadone, Codeine, Pethidine, Cathinone, Ketamine, Ephedrine, Pseudoephedrine and Amphetamine.

Test can be performed by a HHAST technician whilst onsite for the smoke alarm annual program.

Laboratory Composite Analysis

Performed by a qualified HHAST technician using 5 – 20 discrete samples in induvial tubes with at least one sample from each room. Samples are sent to an ISO registered laboratory for analysis using the latest robotic technology to analyse samples under internationally certified NIOSH 9111 protocols. A small amount of solution is withdrawn from each sample tube and an average calculation made and converted to a theoretical maximum amount. Samples are held in the laboratory for 2 weeks enabling individual sample analysis without incurring any additional expense to revisit the property.

Why should I test for Methamphetamine ?

Methamphetamine contamination poses serious health risks for occupants of the property
Legal implications are particularly high risk in civil matters should a tenant litigate
Depending on insurance level and providers, extensive renovations may be required to remediate contaminated properties which in some cases could be an advantage.
Standard lease conditions designate that a property must be habitable under applicable public health and safety legislation.
Testing prior to and after each tenancy can recognize which tenants caused the contamination and is evidential for pursuing compensation from perpetrators.
Residual Methamphetamine can linger for years so if you have a suspicious tenant and the first test is positive, it would not be possible to ascertain perpetrators without a test prior to the tenancy.

What's included in Asbestos & Mould Testing ?

Antiinvasive Moisture detection for mould evaluations using Infrared Cameras, Psychrometers, Hygrometers, Pinless Moisture Meters and Microwave Moisture Detectors which can measure up to 300mm into concrete substrates.
Accurately detects the origin of moisture ingress quickly so mould remediation can be targeted, and any issues addressed permanently.
State-of-the-art equipment to enable a non-invasive solution. No damage to walls or ceilings.
Rapid response and after-hours service to identify the source of mould or moisture ingress and recommend a solution for remediation.
HHAST do not repair leaks or remediate mould, so our written and photo report has a high level of integrity to enable clients to seek a repairer knowing the finer details and understanding what work is required to remediate.
Thermographic, Infrared cameras are used on all mould and leak detection jobs, however, to include infrared pictures in reports there is an additional charge.

What if I already have a main supplier for my property compliance jobs?

If your property is already enrolled in an annual smoke alarm program, you can change to HHAST and we will conduct any visits required for compliance free of charge till the anniversary of the original program when your property will be automatically invoiced and enrolled in the HHAST program.

Will there be a double-up fee if I want to change supplier?

It is simple and FREE to change and there is no double-up on fees.

HHAST provide the change of supplier free servicing offer in good faith and free visits are treated with the same urgency as paid jobs.

What if I find out there's a beeping alarm in the property I'm managing?

If you want to change to HHAST, just send the property address and the date the current annual service program began and we’ll enroll the property in the HHAST annual smoke alarm program as a take-over and you will get zero-dollar invoices until the anniversary of the current program. This can be done one property at a time or the whole portfolio in a spread sheet
